THREE SERVICES -- ONE PHILOSOPHY

A development consultancy for the 21st Century.

Animals suffer from all the disasters that beset humans, who also depend on animals for food, jobs, culture and friendship.  Without their animals, many people go from poverty to desperation.  Americans of all economic levels risk their lives to protect animals and in the developing world, poor families do the same to protect  their livestock, from Haiti to Myanmar.

Solution:  A balanced assistance system for animals and people in stress.

DIRECT ASSISTANCE FOR HAITI -- 2010

ASSISTANCE:  International Farm Rescue (IFRescue)  is a member of the UN's Agricultural and Shelter Clusters in Port of Prince and shortly after the strike reached out to providers of operational data, asking them to create specialty products in order to be helpful to the entire relief and development arena that is working in agriculture.  This is done in the spirit of GDIN, the global Disaster Information Network, an initiative set up by then Vice President Al Gore.   We also facilitated the entry of various NGOs into Haiti.
